Когда в 2000-х в моду вошел драматичный макияж, я купила терракотовый карандаш и целиком закрашивала им губы — считала себя очень модной. Честно, до сих пор предпочитаю подчеркивать контур, а не использовать помаду, но беру оттенки посветлее.

Какие пять средств необходимы тебе для мейкапа?
Всего пять? Даже у моей дочки в 17 лет больше косметики! Для легкого повседневного использую минеральную пудру, гель для бровей, жидкие тени и кремовые румяна или помаду. Могу нанести ее и на щеки, и на губы. Главное — подобрать оттенок. Например, хорошо смотрится Creamy Lips, Stellary в цвете «Мускатный орех».

Эксперименты — это твое?
На съемки могу сделать стрелки, чтобы вписаться в образ. Но в обычной жизни они мне не идут. Я за то, чтобы женщина подчеркивала свои достоинства, поэтому мой обычный макияж подобран под особенности и пропорции лица, а экспериментирую я только с оттенками и текстурами.

А к ярким акцентам как относишься?
Люблю красную помаду, но совершенно не умею ее носить — постоянно «съедаю», облизывая губы. Так что с таким мейком меня можно увидеть лишь на страницах журналов.

Если до съемки 10 минут, а визажист и стилист по волосам опоздали — твои действия?
Ничего страшного, могу все сделать сама, у меня всегда с собой косметичка. Конечно, я не профессионал, но за годы многому научилась у мастеров, которые со мной работали. Тем более что на гастролях сама все и делаю.

Серьезно?
Да, в моей команде музыканты, танцоры, техники, звукорежиссер, художник по свету… Возить с собой еще одного человека, который будет заниматься макияжем и укладками, не всегда удобно. Другое дело — съемки и грандиозные шоу.

Ты всегда была такой «бьюти-самостоятельной»?
Пожалуй. Помню, когда в моду вошел френч, я сразу научилась его делать — совершенствовалась на себе, подружках, родственниках. Приехала в областной центр, и там никто не поверил, что я родом из маленького городка Каменское: такой аккуратный и красивый был у меня маникюр. Да и сейчас могла бы повторить. Мастер Верочка готова! (Смеется).

У меня есть страничка @vbdiary в Instagram. На основной аккаунт @ververa подписано много мужчин, которым тема красоты не интересна, поэтому пришлось завести второй профиль. Мечтаю, чтобы было побольше времени на него.

На @ververa за тобой следят более 9 миллионов человек! Как думаешь, почему?
Даже не знаю. Может, потому что я искренна в своих постах, и когда было 9 человек, и 9 сотен, тысяч и так далее.

За кем сама следишь в Insta?
Это сложно назвать «следишь», потому что времени на соцсети остается совсем мало. Я по-прежнему предпочитаю лишние 10 минут почитать книгу. Но за что люблю Instagram и Facebook, так это за напоминания о днях рождения приятелей (о близких, слава богу, не забываю). Или сейчас, когда старшая дочь переехала в Лос-Анджелес учиться, я уж точно буду приглядывать за ее сторис. (Смеется).

При этом у тебя в подписках всего 500 человек. Стараешься не захламлять онлайн-пространство?
Именно! Кстати, я по жизни жуткая чистюля, даже в гостиничных номерах — а живу я в них часто — поддерживаю порядок. Бабушка приучила меня с детства к тому, что пол и обувь нужно мыть каждый день. В уходе тоже очищение — мой пунктик. Утром и вечером протираю лицо полотенцами с горячей водой. Если есть время и настроение, могу смочить часть ткани в ледяной, а часть в теплой — получается «контрастное обертывание».

Как еще ухаживаешь за лицом?
Из-за постоянных перелетов и плотного сценического макияжа кожа стала очень чувствительной. Поэтому умываюсь водой я только дома, а в путешествии пользуюсь очищающим молочком или мицеллярной водой. Потом наношу тоник, флюид и крем под глаза. «Уставшее» после самолета лицо восстанавливаю увлажняющей эмульсией и масками.

Пользуешься ли корректирующими кремами для тела?
Мне пока ни один не помог! (Смеется). Работающие «три кита»: питание, спорт, массаж. В моей программе есть функциональные, кардиотренировки, я люблю пилатес и аквааэробику. А вот занятия с весом не подходят, все время накачиваю не те мышцы.

А за питанием следишь?
Стараюсь контролировать рацион всегда, даже на гастролях: в райдере у меня прописаны овощи, фрукты и орехи. Ими и питаюсь, как белка. (Смеется). Но, если понимаю, что в ближайшее время будет возможность заниматься спортом, могу поесть в удовольствие и разрешаю себе «запрещенку»… Раз в полгода.

Любишь кофе?
Он оказывает на меня такое сильное действие, что пить его стараюсь только тогда, когда начинаю засыпать на съемках. И, если замечаю на лице отек после долгого перелета, беру американо и стакан воды — эта комбинация хорошо выводит жидкость.

Ты с детства такая правильная?
Нет, в свое время я бунтовала: в 15 лет подстриглась «под мальчика», купила краску цвета «воронье крыло» и стала яркой брюнеткой. Все были в шоке, а мне сочетание загорелой кожи, синих глаз и темных волос нравилось. Как и все в таком духе.

Долго ходила с короткой стрижкой?
До 19 лет пыталась отрастить, но это оказалось так сложно! Получилось только в 2000-м, когда забеременела. Тогда мне один знакомый сказал, что если ты в положении, в високосный год нельзя стричься. Именно благодаря этой глупости я вернула длину. В прошлом году сделала каре, освежилась, получила удовольствие, и теперь оно уже отрастает.

Твои дочки экспериментируют с внешностью?
Конечно! Старшая захотела осветлить пряди, и я отправила ее к своему мастеру. Недавно обучала Соню азам макияжа, она сначала спорила, а потом признала: «Мам, ты была права». Но мне кажется, что мало вести разговоры, важно на своем примере показывать правильное отношение к себе: заниматься спортом, ухаживать за телом.

Восхищаюсь каждой! Но, я считаю, повторять кого-то в реальной жизни — великий труд. Проще придумать что-то свое, ведь это торжество самовыражения. Мне нравится, что даже в этих образах я остаюсь собой.

Если все же пришлось бы стать одной из звезд на день, кого предпочтешь: Мадонну, Шэрон Стоун, Твигги или Катрин Денев?
Эпоху Мадонны образца 90-х я застала и точно не хотела бы туда вернуться. У каждого исторического периода свои недостатки и сложности, так что в прошлое не стремлюсь. Если честно, мне так нравится моя жизнь, что я бы ее ни на какую другую СВОЮ не променяла.
