Оба гения, и художник Пабло, и актер Антонио, родились в испанской Малаге. 

Уточним, что молодого Пабло изображает актер Алекс Рич (сериалы «Блеск» и «Настоящий детектив»). Бандерас же будет играть художника в возрасте от 40 лет и до самой смерти – вплоть до 1973 года, когда ему уже был 91.
