Картофель хорошо моем щеткой, вытираем на сухо и заворачиваем в фольгу, блестящей стороной снаружи.Запекаем в разогретой заранее на 200-220 градусов духовке до готовности. Тут уж зависит и от духовки и от сорта картофеля и, банально, от ее размера. Но лично у меня быстрее чем за час еще ни разу не получилось справиться. Готовую картошку разрезаем прямо в фольге, не прорезая до конца, пополам, Надавливаем в краев, чтобы картофель “открылся”В полученный картофельный “рот”-кармашек кладем немного сливочного масла, солим, добавляем тертый сыр и при помощи вилки, соскребая картофель с кожуры, все хорошо перемешиваем.Вот перед нами и лежит готовый полуфабрикат для кумпира. В другом месте это быть может уже бы и считалось готовым (кстати изрядно вкусным) блюдом, но мы только начали. Теперь избавляемся от фольги, выкладываем картофель на тарелку, желательно глубокую

и щедро наполняем ее всем, что любите Вы, или Ваши сегодняшние едоки. рыба соленая, жаренная … Короче говоря, с миру по Шнитке… и каждый соберет себе свой идеальный кумпир! И при желании еще сдобрит его сверху соусом… кетчупом или майонезом. И никто не сможет сказать, что ему не вкусно! Это исключено! И потому, что картофель любят все и потому, что положит он туда то, что ему нравится. Так что приятного им всем и нам, конечно, аппетита!
