Брынза по-шопски

 

Для рецепта потребуется:
на 1 порцию:
100г брынзы
1 яйцо
50-70г ветчины
1 помидор
половинка запечённого болгарского перца 
1 острый перец
немного зелени
30г размягчённого сливочного масла
паприка, орегано

Итак. Если Ваш "волшебный" горшочек для запекания приспособлен к тому, чтобы ставить его в уже разогретую духовку, то начинайте приготовление этого блюда с разогрева духового шкафа до температуры 200 градусов (к слову, если нет, в смысле не приспособлен, то поставите его в холодную духовку и запекать соответственно будите чуть дольше… минут на 10). Тем временем нарезаем томаты кружочками приблизительно полу сантиметровой толщины, ветчину нарезаем удобными для еды кусочками (вместо ветчины можно положить , например, обжаренные, или даже маринованные грибочки)

Сам горшочек внутри промазываем сливочным маслом.

На дно горшочка первым слоем выкладываем томаты, сверху ветчину

Далее брынзу (не менее, чем сантиметровой толщины) присыпаем ее орегано и паприкой.

Добавляем сливочного масла, печенных болгарских перцев, если соранилась жидкость от них, то ее тоже туда. Далее выкладываем стручок острого

перца, накрываем крышкой и в духовку. Минут на 20. Имейте в виду, что вся конструкция в духовке сильно осядет

и вот в освободившееся сверху место, после первого запекания, добавляем яйцо. Присыпаем его специями и возвращаем в духовку. На те же 200 градусов. Еще минут на 5-7.

Запекаем уже без крышечек. Добиваемся того, чтобы белок полностью приготовился, а желток, желательно оставить жидким.

Наносим последние штрихи… присыпаем свежей зеленью и подаем. Прямо так… с пылу с жару и, естественно, в самом горшочке.

А уж перемешать содержимое, так чтобы расплавленная брынза, каждый ее кусочек, обволокся желтком и поженился с овощами… уж это право, пусть достанется, как и положено, самому едоку. И поверьте, это никого не оставит равнодушным! Это очень вкусно! Попробуйте сами и… приятного Вам аппетита!
