Затем вынимаем их (чеснок и цедру), они нам больше не понадобятся.Теперь время в это ароматное масло добавить лимонный сок и мед… И не говорите мне, что полезные свойства меда при этом пропадут! Да! И фи… с ними… с полезными, сегодня о вкусе. Так что варим смело пару минут.

Теперь добавляем молотый кориандр и острый перец. и на небольшом огне минуту две. Больше не надо. Иначе маринад может потом засахариться.Теперь время обжарить баклажаны на растительном масле до готовности с обеих сторон. Готовые выкладываем на бумажное полотенце, избавляя от лишнего жира.
