Жесткие диеты или, наоборот, беспорядочное питание может спровоцировать гормональный сбой, который отразится на выработке кожного сала. Результат — твои волосы постоянно будут выглядеть неухоженными. В данном случае советуем тебе обратиться к трихологу — специалисту по заболеваниям кожи головы и волос. Врач назначит лечение и подберет подходящий уход.
