Смело требуй бесплатного повторного окрашивания, если результат тебя категорически не устраивает, или отказывайся оплачивать уже проведенное окрашивание. Если недостатки устранить нельзя (постригли слишком коротко), не плати ничего, апеллируя к той же 29-й статье. Если ситуацию можно исправить, проси изменить стрижку на ту, которая нужна. Более того, теоретически ты можешь даже потребовать компенсацию морального вреда. Но вот тут шансов мало.

3. До начала процедуры тебе называли одну цену, а по окончании — совсем другую

Типичная уловка недобросовестных салонов: «А мы вам сделали еще масочку, нанесли крем, помассировали голову, потребовалось дополнительное окрашивание (смывка)»… Тебя обманывают! Прежде чем сделать тебе ЛЮБУЮ дополнительную процедуру, мастер обязан уведомить тебя о ее необходимости и проговорить стоимость. И ты можешь отказаться или согласиться — на свое усмотрение. Все, что сделано втихомолку — не твои проблемы, ты эти услуги не заказывала. Тебе могут угрожать вызовом полиции, но знай: полиция не имеет права вмешиваться в гражданско-правовые отношения. Никто на такой вызов просто не поедет.

4. После окрашивания и/или завивки волосы испорчены

Обычно в такой ситуации мастер начинает убеждать тебя, что проблема в твоих волосах, и он никак не мог предусмотреть таких последствий. Ложь! На то он и мастер, чтобы до процедуры изучить особенности твоих волос и при возникновении малейших сомнений попытаться отговорить тебя от процедуры. Вот если ты настояла, несмотря на предупреждения, — то, увы, сама виновата. Но если тебе ни слова не сказали — платить ты не должна ни копейки, более того: требуй компенсацию за испорченный внешний вид! По закону ты не обязана знать о процедуре ни-че-го, и это задача мастера — донести до тебя возможные последствия. Это написано в пункте 4 статьи 12 Закона о защите прав потребителей.

5. Тебе обещали стрижку с легкой укладкой, но дома тебе никак не удается привести голову в порядок

Даже не думай, что у тебя руки не такие или укладочные средства плохие. Виноват салон! Возвращайся туда и сообщи администратору, что тебе предоставили недостоверную информацию об оказанной услуге. Что именно легкость в укладке была причиной, по которой ты выбрала эту стрижку, а не какую-либо другую. Стоимость стрижки должны вернуть незамедлительно.

6. Спустя некоторое время после окрашивания в салоне у тебя началась аллергическая реакция на краску

Естественно, салон будет настаивать на том, что причина — не в краске, и вообще, мало ли чем ты намазалась после того, как вышла из их дверей. Не сдавайся! Во‑первых, вспомни про биологическую пробу на чувствительность (см. п.1). Наверняка же ее не сделали! А значит, — ответственны за последствия. Более того, даже если ты этой краской в этом салоне красилась миллион раз, закон на твоей стороне: возможно, у производителя случился брак, или краску неправильно хранили, или мастер что-то напутал в процессе приготовления смеси. Что важно: ты должна обратиться в салон не позднее, чем через 48 часов после визита и иметь на руках заключение врача (например, из районной поликлиники) о том, что у тебя именно аллергическая реакция.

7. Ты решила прекратить процедуру, не доведя ее до конца

Имеешь полное право! Например, в соседнем кресле кого-то красят, а запах краски оказался для тебя невыносимым или ты внезапно вспомнила про невыключенный утюг, а мастер по маникюру только перешел ко второму пальцу. Оплатить тебе будет нужно только проделанный объем работ. А если причина, по которой ты решила сказать «стоп!» в том, что мастер порезала тебе кутикулу или ошпарила кожу или причинила еще какой-то вред здоровью или дискомфорт — платить не надо!

8. В процессе окрашивания волос краска попала на одежду и испортила ее

В хорошем салоне тебе немедленно предложат на выбор компенсацию стоимости вещи или деньги на химчистку. В плохом придется тебе самой им этот выбор предложить.

9. Тебя развели на деньги

Ты пришла к косметологу на чистку, но она убедила тебя, что необходим целый курс процедур, да еще и мезотерапия и обязательно биоревитализация. Ты ходишь в салон, как на работу уже месяц, а толку что-то нет… Ты можешь вернуть деньги только в том случае, если пришла в салон с конкретной проблемой, обозначила ее мастеру, мастер взялся проблему решить и не решил. Например, у тебя акне, и мастер сказал, что с помощью всех вышеназванных процедур воспалений станет меньше. А акне на месте и улучшений нет. В случае, если формулировка была обтекаемой: «мы попробуем добиться улучшений» или «возможно, после мезотерапии станет лучше» — увы, тебе гарантий не давали, ты согласилась на услуги добровольно.

10. Шеллак или гель-лак отвалился через три дня после нанесения

Только не снимай лак с остальных ногтей! Иди в салон, демонстрируй ситуацию и проси либо вернуть деньги, либо новое покрытие. Обычно проблем не возникает, но на всякий случай на будущее — уточняй у мастера, сколько дней гарантии они дают на покрытие (обязаны давать!) и сколько должно держаться покрытие (обычно — две недели).

ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬНО ВОЗЬМИ КВИТАНЦИЮ!
