А теперь по порядку. Пойти на пластику меня сподвигло уменьшение размера груди после рождения и кормления ребенка. К тому же грудь уже не была такой упругой, как раньше, да и не радовала вовсе. Начну с самого начала — выбора врача. Я всегда была уверена, что пройду не одного врача, прежде чем решу кому-то доверить собственную грудь, здоровье, да и жизнь в целом. По совету подруги отправилась к Даштояну Георгию Эдуардовичу на консультацию, и то ли звезды совпали, то ли он сказал мне то, что я хотела услышать, но в тот день я сделала свой выбор. После я еще трижды приезжала на консультации, мы примеряли возможные размеры и говорили о методах проникновения импланта и т. д. А сказал мне Георгий Эдуардович следующее: «При вашем росте, комплекции и размере грудной клетки я бы поставил анатомическую форму, около 300 мл, делая разрез под грудью, особенно если планируете еще кормить детей». А ведь именно так я себе это и представляла. Я к этому моменту выслушала мнения всех подруг, прошедших через пластику груди.

Дата операции была назначена на 9 февраля, и мне был выдан список врачей, которых необходимо было обойти, и анализов, которые необходимо было сдать. На все это мне потребовалось два дня, и я была готова ко дню «х». За шесть часов до операции нельзя было ни есть, ни пить. Я приехала в клинику за час до назначенного времени в 15:00. Операция проходила в Лечебном Центре на Тимура Фрунзе. Вот здесь стоит сказать спасибо всей команде клиники. Ведь крайне важно, как в этот достаточно уязвимый для тебя день с тобой общаются окружающие тебя люди. Что касается имплантов, то мы выбрали 305 мл фирмы Mentor — Implant Medical.

Перед операцией ко мне зашел анестезиолог и долго беседовал на тему моего здоровья, образа жизни и предстоящего наркоза. У него был приятный уверенный голос, и после разговора с ним стало почему-то совсем нестрашно. Когда меня положили на операционный стол, то я подумала, что это похоже на съемки сериала. А так как я знала, что мне предстоит писать эту статью для вас, то пыталась запомнить каждую деталь происходящего со мной. Помню, как тело фиксировали на столе, как врач подошел и сказал, что все будет хорошо, а я лежала, улыбалась и смотрела в потолок. Так как до этого момента у меня никогда не было общего наркоза, мне очень хотелось зафиксировать в памяти момент, как я ухожу в «мир Морфея».

— Как вы себя чувствуете? — услышала я голос врача.
— Болит горло (во время наркоза стояла трубка)… и грудь, — ответила я, осознав, что все уже прошло.

Потом мне застегнули утягивающее белье (а это было ой как неприятно) и отвезли в палату. Безумно трясло все тело, болело горло, немела губа (все от той же трубки), очень хотелось спать. Я не полагалась на собственную память и записывала все свои ощущения в заметки телефона, назовем это «Дневник пациента».

День первый

Утро: открыла глаза — почувствовала боль, сильную, но терпимую, как будто вчера у меня была адская тренировка и мышцы «ныли» именно от этого. Встать с кровати смогла только при помощи медсестры, плечи как-будто приросли к кровати. Я встала и выкрикнула от неожиданности, потому как ощущение было такое, как будто на грудь повесили Камаз и он стремительно падал в пропасть, а моя грудь вместе с ним.

День: все-таки обезболивающее — сила! Врач осмотрел, сказал, что отеки есть, но в целом все хорошо и можно домой. Один из неприятных моментов — расстегивать утягивающее белье. В этот момент кажется, что грудь весит тону.

Вечер: все из подруг, кто уже проходил через подобное, сказали, что первый-второй день дома были адскими. Лежу и жду. Ноет, но боль более чем терпимая. Возможно, хорошо работает обезболивающее (мне выписали Целебрекс).

День второй

Утро: главная проблема — как найти удобную позу на спине, так как я обожаю спать на боку и на животе. Ночью немного тянуло в области груди, но не более того. Продолжаю пить обезболивающее и антибиотики.

Вечер: впервые после операции почувствовала настоящую боль. Такое ощущение, что грудь резко надувается, каменеет и вот-вот лопнет. Выпила обезболивающее, через минут 10 отпустило.

День третий

Пролежала весь день в кровати. Спину ломит, бока немеют, как же научиться спать на спине? Дурно от одной мысли, что в этой позе проведу еще месяц. Вставать с кровати самой крайне тяжело, поэтому лучше, если рядом с вами в первые дни кто-то будет.

День четвертый

Приехала на перевязку, сняли все пластыри и заклеили только швы. С опаской посмотрела на себя в зеркало — понравилось. Грудь опухшая, кажется огромной с непривычки. Оказалось, у меня аллергия на пластыри, так что к антибиотикам и обезболивающему добавляю супрастин. После перевязки отправилась в редакцию, график не позволяет лежать дома. Решила обезболивающее пить не по назначению, а по требованию, но грудь не заставила себя долго ждать. Очень резко появились боль и чувство тяжести. Так неожиданно, что пришлось прервать разговор с коллегой и бежать за таблетками. Выпила — отлегло.

День пятый

Рано утром начало тянуть швы, выпила обезболивающее — прошло. Впервые подумала, что обезболивающее мне прописали на 5 дней — и сегодня последний. А как быть дальше? Напишу врачу и узнаю, можно ли продлить еще на пару дней. Хорошие новостей для тех, кто, как и я, не любит спать на спине: на пятый день вам станет легче.

День шестой

Все-таки с утра я выпила таблетку обезболивающего и отправилась на работу. Очень уж не хотелось, чтобы боль застала меня врасплох. Если на четвертый день я вернулась в обычный ритм жизни, то на шестой я готова была забыть о том, что недавно у меня была операция, если бы у меня так сильно не чесались швы, да и вся кожа вокруг.

День седьмой

Вот и неделя прошла! Я не делаю резких движений, стараюсь не поднимать тяжести, а некоторые двери мне реально тяжело открыть, но в остальном я полностью вернулась в прежнюю жизнь.

День десятый

Мне сняли швы, заняло это ровно полминуты. Мы сделали фото на память — не мое, а моей груди, и я скажу, что я уже довольна результатом. Что будет дальше — покажет время.

День тридцатый

Как только прошел месяц после операции, я пришла к врачу на осмотр, чтобы он разрешил мне снять утягивающее белье и спать на боку (о да! Этот день все-таки наступил). Все прошло на ура, единственное, что врач сказал, купить более плотное белье и без косточек (спортивное).

P. S. На момент выхода этой статьи моей новой груди исполнится ровно два месяца. Я уже как четыре недели хожу в фитнес-зал (избегаю бега и упражнений на грудные мышцы) и занимаюсь в утягивающем белье. В этом, правда, нет необходимости, но мне так спокойнее. До окончательного результата еще долго, как говорит врач, грудь начнет приобретать естественную форму к трем месяцам, а к полугоду-году я увижу финальную версию собственного upgrade. Что ж, будем ждать и радоваться трансформациям, которые сегодня происходят в моем теле.
