«Увы, я из тех, кто не родился с ровной, гладкой, блестящей кожей. И я надеялась, что однажды появится способ выглядеть моложе без лишних усилий. Когда мне рассказали о правиле 60 секунд, я обрадовалась и решила выяснить, действительно ли оно работает.

Этот метод придумала Наямка Робертс-Смит, косметолог, которая рассказала 43 тысячам подписчиков своего Twitter, что если умываться после нанесения очищающего средства не менее минуты, оно лучше впитается в кожу. Она рекомендует водить по коже кончиками пальцев — натирать лицо ладонями до красноты не нужно!

Дело в том, что макияж, грязь и жир не так уж просто убрать с кожи. А если посвятить этому больше времени, ты точно очистишь те участки, которые чаще всего страдают: вокруг носа, под подбородком, вдоль линии роста волос.

Казалось бы, ничего революционного здесь нет. Но люди, которые последовали этому совету, уже через пару недель отметили, что кожа стала выглядеть лучше и количество высыпаний уменьшилось.

Вот что получилось у меня.

Я верю в силу двойного очищения (сначала средство на масляной основе, чтобы убрать макияж и грязь, затем обычное — для удаления остатков). По этому правилу мне стоит втирать каждое по минуте, но моя кожа очень чувствительная, поэтому я обошлась 30 секундами на одну фазу. Подушечками пальцев втерла в кожу лица сначала одно, затем второе. Надо сказать, что это длилось целую вечность!

Будет ли это работать у других? Скорее всего, да. Массаж кожи полезен в любом случае: он улучшает циркуляцию крови. Надеяться на устранение акне и сильных высыпаний за минуту, конечно, не стоит, ведь поменять гормональный уровень, ДНК или внезапно избавиться от стресса не получится.

Для тех, кто регулярно просыпается с остатками туши под глазами, этот совет будет очень полезен. Несмытый макияж — путь к сохнущей коже и воспалениям. Попробовать в любом случае стоит. К тому же это совершенно бесплатно: нужно всего лишь 50 секунд в день вдобавок к привычным десяти!»
