Самый маленький гамбургер обеспечит тебе 200 ккал и выше, а пакетик чипсов — 360 ккал! Также много калорий «прячется» во фруктовых соках, готовых салатных заправках и соусах. Сюда же надо отнести всевозможные булочки, печенья, батончики и даже многие «полезные» йогурты и хлопья со вкусовыми добавками, где на самом деле огромное количество сахара.

Решение: чем проще еда и чем меньше она прошла ступеней переработки до того, как попала к тебе на кухню, тем лучше. Например, собственноручно нарезанный салат из свежих овощей полезнее (и в нем меньше калорий), чем готовый салат с майонезом из супермаркета. Колбасу можно заменить запеченной в духовке куриной грудкой или индейкой, фруктовые соки и сладкие снэки — свежими фруктами, хлопья и молочные продукты с сахаром и ароматизаторами — натуральным йогуртом и цельнозерновыми кашами, в которые ты сама может добавить ягоды, орехи или сухофрукты.

Ты вышла на плато веса

Твой вес, который раньше хорошо снижался, вдруг «застрял» на одной отметке и остается там неделями, а то и месяцами? Возможно, это период так называемого плато. Не расстраивайся, это нормальное явление, оно преодолимо. Скорее всего, сейчас с пищей ты получаешь больше энергии, чем расходуешь. По мере снижения веса нужно временами заново оценивать свою потребность в энергии — ведь она тоже снижается.

Решение: рассчитать нужное количество калорий в зависимости от твоего возраста, роста, веса и физической активности можно на калькуляторе. Потом уменьши это количество не более чем на 100−200 ккал в сутки, чтобы вес начал снижаться. Важно: обязательно узнай и свою минимальную потребность в энергии для базового обмена веществ (дыхание, кровообращение, сон). Обычно этот порог начинается от 1200 ккал в сутки, но, если у тебя большой вес, может достигать и 1500 ккал. Никогда не опускайся ниже этого порога, иначе ты можешь сильно навредить себе.

Если ложиться поздно и не давать телу как следует отдохнуть, назавтра организм попытается «подстегнуть» себя высококалорийной пищей. Участницы одного эксперимента, которые спали ночью всего 4−5 часов, на следующий день съедали в среднем на 300 ккал и на 21 г жиров больше, чем в обычные дни.

Решение: чтобы выспаться, нам нужно от 7,5 до 9 часов непрерывного сна в сутки. Чтобы не страдать бессонницей, специалисты советуют за час до сна выключить или отложить все электронные приборы (телефон, планшет, компьютер). А вместо того, чтобы сидеть в интернете или смотреть телевизор, лучше почитать перед сном обычную книгу.
