В давние времена строили русскую баню исключительно из осины. И еще тогда были хорошо известны полезные свойства этого материала. Многие говорят, что если больным местом прижаться к осине, то боль обязательно уйдет. К тому же осина очень дешёвый и удобный материал для постройки бань. И не зря самые лучший сруб бани как раз и делается из этого в общем то ничем другим не примечательного дерева и по сей день. И не все знают почему же баня должна быть построена из дерева? Давайте попробуем разобраться и представим только факты и избавимся от мифов.

Возникает вопрос, стоит ли строить баню исключительно из деревянных материалов. К примеру, пол в мини сауне или в парной. К тому же лакировать его категорически запрещено, а ведь сохнет деревянный полок в баню очень долго. Да и служит он постоянным источником сырости, грязи, плесени и запахов. Ведь на много лучше бы было покрыть пол специальным кафелем. Однако это совсем не так и кафель тут неприменим, конечно если речь идет именно о правильной русской бане.

Вот к примеру, подспинники и полки в бане, необходимо делать исключительно из пород лиственной древесины, такое дерево не пачкается и не жжется. Вот только вычищать полки и подспинники необходимо очень мелкой шкуркой, при этом нельзя использовать синтетические моющие вещества.

Запомните, что располагаться печи для саун и полки в вашей домашней сауне или бане, должны в специально отведенных местах, ведь это самая важная часть саун или бань. Разместить печь необходимо так, чтобы пар, который будет выходить из печи, не обжег поддающего человека или людей, которые парятся в бане. Потолок в бане, нужно делать немного выше, чем в сауне. Еще важно знать, что после постройка бани под ключ, двери из дерева и иные конструкции вашей бани, необходимо обработать специальным антисептическим веществом для того, чтобы не образовалась плесень.
